The Watsonville Public Library Literacy Center has the exceptional “Opportunity to Read” Program that provides trained Volunteers working One-to-One with individuals who want to learn the skills needed for reading and writing.
Participants will:
• learn to read better
• learn to write better
• learn with help with an individual Tutor
• work at their own pace
• gain confidence and self-esteem

“Opportunity to Read” received National Accreditation on March 3rd, 2004 from ProLiteracy America, a division of ProLiteracy Worldwide.
Join the Watsonville Public Library’s “Opportunity to Read” Program.
• The Basic Reading Program takes place on Monday & Wednesdays (9:00am to 11:00am)
• The Basic Grammar Program takes place on Tuesdays & Thursdays (9:00am to 11:00am)
