The third event featured Todd Buchholz, CNBC Economic Analyst and former White House Director of Economic Policy; Maya MacGuineas, President of the Bipartisan Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget; and Rosa Gumataotao Rios, Forty-Third Treasurer of the United States.
