Seaside, CA – Another weekend has passed without a deal to raise the federal debt ceiling. If and when Congress does raise the debt ceiling, it would be the eleventh time in eleven years. In the past, the vote has been partisan, but somewhat routine. However, Congressman Sam Farr says this year is different. KAZU News Director Krista Almanzan recently spoke with the Monterey Bay Area Democrat.
