Missing Florida Girl

NPR's Phillip Davis reports from Miami on newly released documents in the case of missing foster child Rilya Wilson and a shakeup in the agency responsible for children in foster care in Florida. The documents cast doubt on foster parents for the six-year-old who's been missing more than a year.
