FCC Moves Toward Easing Media Ownership Rules

The Federal Communications Commission continues to move toward easing rules on how many broadcast outlets a single company may own. Aware of criticism, FCC Chairman Michael Powell insists changes are needed but says the commission won't entirely wipe out the current restraints. NPR's Jim Zarroli reports.
