Movie Reviews: 'My Live Without Me,' 'Under the Tuscan Sun'

The films My Life Without Me and Under the Tuscan Sun are both about happily married women who get handed some very bad news in the opening reel. But critic Bob Mondello says the films part company thereafter, with one taking a tragic path, the other a comic one.
