Monterey, CA – A breakthrough in the battle over the Monterey Peninsula's water shortage may finally be in sight. For the last year or so, California-American Water and the Pajaro/Sunny Mesa Community Services District have been racing each other to build a desalination plant in Moss Landing. Now they're talking about working together. KAZU's Ben Adler reports.
