Today voters in Santa Cruz and Santa Cruz County weighed in on a tax on medical marijuana businesses. The two measures call for a 7 percent tax on revenue with the option to go up to 10 percent. Very early election returns of vote by mail ballots show both Measure K and Measure L passing.
