The American Association of University Women (AAUW) Santa Cruz Chapter will present their Speaker Series at Library Branches. The series begins with WILDR: Supporting Women Running for Public Office.

A Women in Leadership for Diverse Representation (WILDR) Representative speaks about efforts to support women running for office or appointed to positions in Santa Cruz County. They are nonpartisan and support progressive women who reflect the communities they serve through training, networking, and leadership development. If there is a clear female winner from the March 3rd election for County Supervisor, we will ask her to attend also.
