Dr. Merrianne Burtch, founder of BirchBark, Executive Director Meghan French, and BirchBark’s Board of Directors invite you to an Elegant Evening celebrating the Human-Animal Bond and a very important Opportunity to raise Critical Funds that provide Financial Assistance for Low-income Pet Owners whose Animals need Life-saving Veterinary Ccare. The evening’s highights include fine dining, live and silent auctions, a dessert auction, along with heartwarming stories about pets whose lives were saved thanks to BirchBark’s mission.

“We are excited to gather our community for an evening of celebration, generosity and compassion,” said Meghan French, BirchBark’s Executive Director. “Every ticket, every bid, and every sponsorship directly helps keep pets with the families who love them.”

The event will be hosted indoors with a large outdoor terrace area. Dressy and formal event attire encouraged.

HONORING AN ANIMAL WELFARE HERO

The 2025 Animal Welfare Hero Award will be presented to Carmel Resident Debra Couch for her years of dedication to helping pets and their owners through difficult times. Couch has played a pivotal role in connecting families to critical veterinary care and has been a steadfast supporter of BirchBark’s mission.
