FREE IN-STORE EVENT: Bookshop Santa Cruz welcomes author and educator David Haynes for a discussion and signing of his novel Right by My Side, now available in a Penguin Classics edition. Haynes will be in conversation with fellow writer and educator Caroline M. Mar about the 30th anniversary of his book. They will also discuss the many ways that writing feeds their teaching, and the many ways that teaching feeds their writing.
