Día de la Comunidad is an annual celebration of our community's connections to the ocean! Take a virtual dive with white sharks, design ocean-themed crafts to take home, and enjoy a live folklorico and mariachi musical performance. Come together with neighbors and friends to honor tradition, explore the ocean, and enjoy the spirit of togetherness by the sea! The event is free, and features bilingual (English and Spanish) exhibits and educators, hosted at the Sanctuary Exploration Center, 35 Pacific Ave, Santa Cruz, CA 95060 on Saturday, May 31st, from 10am-2pm.
