New and expecting dads are invited to join this free workshop to gain support, resources, and education about navigating and appreciating the joys and challenges of fatherhood. Topics include:

- The experience of paternal pregnancy and postpartum
- Understanding mental health shifts in response to bringing home a baby
- Tools to support your partner as a new parent
