DOON TO EARTH TASTING ROOM OPENS IN APTOS
Grand Opening on Saturday, March 25

March 21, 2023, Aptos, CA-- The Doon to Earth Tasting Room, featuring the wines of Nicole Walsh and Randall Grahm, celebrates this long-time winemaker partnership with a grand opening event on Saturday, March 25. Wines from Ser Winery, Bonny Doon Vineyard, and Popelouchum Estate will be featured in this Aptos tasting room. Randall and Nicole’s friendship spans over 20 years, and this is the first time their wines have shared a tasting room.

“This tasting room celebrates our long-time friendship, many collaborations, and frankly, our mutual admiration society,” said Randall.

At the Doon to Earth Tasting Room, Randall and Nicole’s wines invite wine exploration - guests will taste lesser-known varieties and blends, expanding their wine-tasting palates.

“I’m excited about this,” said Nicole Walsh, Ser Winery founder and winemaker. “Randall and I have been working together for over 20 years in the vineyards and winery at Bonny Doon. This new partnership gives us a chance to really get the word out about what we’ve been doon for many years here on the Central Coast.”

Visitors on Saturday will taste wines from these three Central Coast wineries. Among the featured wines will be the newly-released 2022 Bonny Doon Le Cigare Orange, 2021 Ser Vermentino, 2019 Ser Cabernet Pfeffer from the Enz Vineyard, and Bonny Doon flagship 2021 Le Cigare Volant. Small bites from the Colectivo Felix will be served at the grand opening celebration.

Guests can also mark their visits to the tasting room with photos in the iconic
Bonny Doon Vineyard Spaceship.

The grand opening will be from 4:00-7:00 p.m.

Saturday 1 – 7 PM
