Joining Hands Benefit Shop, a beloved nonprofit thrift store in Carmel known for its commitment to serving the community, is celebrating its 15-year anniversary with a summer-long series of special events, giveaways, and themed shopping weeks beginning Saturday, August 9.

Operated by Interfaith Outreach of Carmel (IOC), the shop has become a cornerstone for local shoppers, donors, and artists alike. Proceeds support essential community programs that provide housing, meals, and support services for individuals in need throughout Monterey County.

“This milestone is a tribute to the generosity of our donors, the loyalty of our shoppers, and the dedication of our volunteers,” said the team at Joining Hands. “We are excited to celebrate with a calendar full of community-centered events.”
