NewMusicWorks and Tandy Beal & Company partner for an extraordinary coupling of music and dance featuring premiere scores by seven living composers, with new choreographies by Ms. Beal.

Chamber works, songs and improvisations by seven area composers - Philip Collins, Michael McGushin, Hyo-shin Na, Cary Nichols, Stan Poplin, Matthew Schumaker, and Jon Scoville — will be performed. Scoville’s five-movement septet, Hats, will be enlivened with dances choreographed by Tandy Beal.
