Promising an experience to invigorate all the senses, Pacific’s Edge at Hyatt Carmel Highlands plans a Mother’s Day Extravaganza on Sunday, May 8th.

Nestled on the craggy bluffs south of Carmel and offering stunning views of the coastline, Pacific’s Edge plans several dining options. The brunch will be served from 10:00am to 2:30pm. The restaurant will open at 7:00am for breakfast as well. For dinner, the restaurant will serve its current menu plus a prime rib special.

The three-course, prix fixe brunch menu is $65.00, plus tax and gratuity and includes the following:

→ Second course (choice of): Pan-seared scallop; prime rib and mash potatoes; mushroom truffle risotto; Spring Vegetable Frittata with mixed green salad.
→ Third course (choice of): Chocolate mousse; cheesecake; creme brulee.
