This FREE workshop will introduce the ReCoverCA Homebuyer Assistance (HBA) Program which provides up to $300,000 in forgivable loan assistance to eligible renters and former homeowners impacted by the 2023 floods in Santa Cruz County. The program is designed to help households purchase a home in California outside of special flood hazard and high fire zone areas.
