One of our favorite community traditions is coming back next month.

The Big Sur Health Center Health Fair is an opportunity to take care of your health, learn something new and spend time with neighbors and friends — all in one afternoon.

This year's Health Fair will include:

Flu shots
Blood pressure checks
Blood sugar checks
Cholesterol checks
Dental screenings
Nutrition counseling
Acupuncture with Sue
Yoga
Narcan education and samples
Big Sur CERT
MEarth organic vegetables and a demonstration
Live music
Food provided by Esalen
