Sharktober at Asilomar State Conference Grounds, October 3rd!
The public is invited to explore the hidden world of white sharks and the latest science being used to understand these iconic ocean predators through a presentation by the Monterey Bay White Shark Project. The event will also feature a new short film by local cinematographer Kip Evans. The Monterey Bay White Shark Project’s research contributes to a growing understanding of white sharks and their prey, and supports efforts to conserve these species and the ocean environments they call home.
This event is open for all ages. Registration is strongly encouraged.
