Veteran’s Village Fundraiser -- Veterans Day Health Fair and Benefit Concert in Honor of Our Veterans at the Santa Cruz Veterans Memorial Building on Front Street -- This Saturday beginning at 11:00am
This year, the Veteran’s Village of San Cruz County is hosting is hosting an all-day Veterans Day event at the Veterans Memorial Building at 846 Front Street in honor of our Nation’s Veterans!
VETERANS DAY HEALTH FAIR // 11:00am to 4:00pm
If you know a Veteran or are one yourself, we are inviting you to join us earlier in the day from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Vets Hall for a free Veterans Day Health Fair sponsored by Kaiser Permanente. Other veteran service providers will be on hand to provide you and our beloved veterans with health services and other important information.
Representatives from the following organizations will be on hand:
Dientes Dental Group, WINGS, HPHP, Bivvy Corp, Santa Cruz County Behavioral Health/SUDS, UCSC Veteran Resource Center, Front Street Paget House, Santa Cruz County Animal Shelter, The Free Guide, HUD VASH, Housing Matters SSVF, Veterans Administration, Veterans Council, Vets For Vets, Cal Vets, Nation's Finest, NFPP, Grand Master Dunston, American Legion Riders, Grey Bears, Visit a Vet Nurses, Classic Hair, and Homeless Garden Project.
VETERANS DAY BENEFIT CONCERT (21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER) // 4:00pm
Join us beginning at 4:00 PM for an amazing Benefit Concert featuring performances by James Durbin, Bog Iron, Locomotive Breath, Rumble Steel Skin, and The Dylan Rose Band! The event will also feature Casino Night Games and Prizes, and Barbecue will be served throughout the day!
Tickets are a $20.00 donation for presale or a donation of $25.00 at the door.
