Speaking with Secretary Panetta on the topic are Mark Shields, political analyst for PBS NewsHour and columnist; J.C. Watts, former United States representative (R-OK); Gloria Borger, political columnist for U.S. News & World Report and senior political analyst at CNN; and Chris Matthews, host of MSNBC’s Hardball and author.
