Plastic Surgeons Say Demand Is Surging For Chin Enhancements
A big group of plastic surgeons say that chin enhancement was the fastest growing surgical procedure they performed for cosmetic purposes in the U.S. last year. More than 20,000 chin operations were performed in 2011, a 71 percent increase compared with 2010.

A major expansion of the Panama Canal is fueling the tiny Central American country's economy. Last year, Panama's economy grew by more than 10 percent. But with roughly one-third of the country's people living in poverty, critics say the growth is primarily benefiting a small elite.

At Kennedy Space Center in Florida, workers sent the retired space shuttle Discovery into the sky for a final time. On top of a jumbo jet, it was flown to Washington, D.C., bound four a museum run by the Smithsonian's National Air and Space Museum.
