Pacific Grove, CA – Okay, here's a riddle for you: When does yes mean no, and no mean yes? Nah, not the latest argument with your teenage son or daughter. How about one of the measures on the June 5th special election ballot? Four measures - A through D - could decide the future of Monterey County land use for the next generation affecting everything from traffic jams to affordable housing, agriculture and the environment. But wading through the four measures isn't exactly a walk on the beach; more like a hike up Pinnacles National Monument. Take out your ballots, everyone, and follow along as KAZU continues our series on Tuesday's General Plan election with an explainer. Here's KAZU's Ben Adler.
