The PG Pops Orchestra, a Penninsula Community Orchestra, presents the “Season 13 Winter Concert.” This very special Holiday Performance takes place on Saturday, December 13th at the Pacific Grove Performing Arts Center.
The exceptional Family-friendly Performance features an outstanding Musical Selection of Classic Holiday Favorites.
Highlights include:
• “Parade of the Wooden Soldiers” by Leon Jessel from ‘Babes in Toyland’
• “Appalachian Snowfall” by the Trans-Siberian Orchestra
• “How the Grinch stole Christmas”
• “A Bright New Day”
• “Angel’s Carol” by Local Composer and Arranger William Gee
• “Sleigh Ride” by Leroy Anderson & more, all under the Direction of Artistic Director and Founder Barbara Priest!
The Festivities will continue wth a Post-Concert ‘Meet Your Orchestra’ at Pop & Hiss at 722 Forest Avenue in Pacific Grove.
