Bookshop Santa Cruz Presents: Paula Saunders | STARTING FROM HERE
Bookshop Santa Cruz Presents: Paula Saunders | STARTING FROM HERE
Bookshop Santa Cruz welcomes Paula Saunders (The Distance Home) for a reading and signing of her new novel Starting from Here. In this unforgettable, deeply affecting portrait of a young woman striving for greatness, a Midwestern girl balances her dreams of becoming a dancer with the complications of growing up on her own, far from her working-class family. Saunders will be in-conversation with award-winning author Karen Joy Fowler.
