Corpus Evita

Raw ambition, black magic in the presidential palace, and the ghosts of Perón and Evita intertwine in this magic realism tale about the short-lived Isabel Perón administration in mid-1970's Argentina. Set to a ravishing, propulsive score by Argentinean composer Carlos Franzetti, the San Francisco Camerata's recording of Corpus Evita for Amapola Records, conducted by Maestro Moscovich was nominated for a GRAMMY in 2005.
