Join two certified sound healers, Kiana Siino and Kathleen Lawrence, in a soothing, restorative soundscape designed to relax your nervous system and bring peace to your busy mind. We begin with a guided meditation, which leads into our sound experience where we combine a variety of sound healing instruments such as metal Himalayan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, crystal harp, drum, and chimes with a background of natural sounds inspired by our changing weekly themes. Put away your cares for an hour and leave feeling revitalized by our specially curated sound meditations.
Chairs are available, but for a fully relaxing experience we recommend bringing a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and anything else that would make you comfortable on the floor.
