• Saturday, March 9th from 9:00am to 11:00am // Beach Cleanup at Hidden Beach, 660 Cliff Drive, Aptos -- Join “Save Our Shores” for a beach cleanup at Hidden Beach. Registration is required.

Please meet us at the park entrance at the end of Cliff Drive before the playground. There is a porta potty on site, no drinking fountain available. Parking is limited in park lot, please plan accordingly. Overflow parking available on neighborhood streets, Save Our Shores has been informed by the County of Santa Cruz the permit parking only signs on neighborhood streets are no longer valid or enforced.

• Saturday, March 16th from 9:00am to 11:00am // Beach Cleanup at Capitola Beach, 120 Monterey Avenue, Capitola -- Join “Save Our Shores: for a beach cleanup at Capitola Beach. Registration is required.

Please meet us in the Esplanade Park at 120 Monterey Avenue. There are restrooms and drinking fountains available on site. Paid parking in the village is limited, additional large parking lot available at 426 Capitola Avenue, please plan accordingly.

• Saturday, March 23rd from 9:00am to 11:00am // Beach Cleanup at Scott Creek Beach, Davenport -- Join “Save Our Shores” for a beach cleanup at Scott Creek Beach. Registration is required.

Please meet us on the concrete platform at the entrance of the beach. There are no restrooms available, and no drinking fountains on site. Parking is limited along Highway 1 so please plan accordingly. This location is not wheelchair accessible and there is a steep sandy path down to the beach.

Saturday, March 30th from 9:00am - 11:00am // Beach Cleanup at Moran Lake Beach, Moran Lake Beach, 22775 E. Cliff Drive, Santa Cruz -- Join Save Our Shores for a beach cleanup at Moran Lake Beach! Registration is required.

Please meet us in the parking lot across from the beach next to the lagoon. There are restrooms and drinking fountains on site. Parking is limited, so please plan accordingly.

Celebrate 11 years of Discretion on 3/9/2024 from 12:00pm - 9:00pm! Stop by and chat with Save Our Shores from 2:00pm - 6:00pm but the fun lasts all day! Attendees will enjoy the company of a Discretion-loving community in an expanded Beer Garden (dog & family-friendly!) plus Live Music throughout the day, inside & out!

Save Our Shores is comprised of a small team of passionate environmentalists who share a strong connection to our ocean and, in particular, our Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary. We thrive on enjoying all that the Sanctuary has to offer and protecting it for generations to come. We are scientists, ecologists, educators, conservationists, and members of the Monterey Bay community.
