The Santa Cruz Baroque Music Festival begins its 51st season with "Organ & Brass Virtuosity in the Time of Bach," - the first of four captivating concerts led by Jörg Reddin, the distinguished Baroque organist, vocalist, and conductor who holds J S. Bach’s old job in Arnstadt, Germany.
Reddin will be showcasing his virtuosity on the pipe organ, providing a rare opportunity to witness the magic of his North American debut! Please join us for a pre-concert talk at 3:00 pm.
Joining Reddin for the first time with the Baroque Festival is the brilliant trumpeter Dominic Favia, along with the debut of Les Sacqueboutiers du festival, adding richly resonant layers of brass artistry on historic instruments.
