Paella & Guitars: An Evening of Spain at Patria
For one night, Old Town Salinas becomes a corner of the Iberian coast. On Monday, August 31, Patria on Main presents Paella & Guitars — an immersive three-course Spanish dinner set to the live acoustic guitar of Franco y Alberto, performing from 6 to 8 PM. As the aromas of saffron and garlic drift from the kitchen and two Spanish guitars fill the room, a simple dinner becomes an evening to remember. It's the flavors and sounds of Spain, right here on Main Street.
The Menu
Three courses · $55 per person
Appetizer — Pan con Tomate & Gambas al Ajillo. Rustic bread with ripe tomato and olive oil, alongside plump shrimp sizzled golden in garlic.
Entrée — Paella Valenciana. Spain's most celebrated dish: saffron-scented rice cooked slowly to a golden crust.
Dessert — Spanish Flan. A silky, caramel-kissed finish.
Rioja Wines — Red or White, $14. The natural companion to paella, from one of Spain's most storied wine regions.
