Rancho Aromitas Firewise Community (RAFC) Meeting on Wednesday, April 16th -- Community Discussion, Input and Important Fire Safety Updates including a Presentation from CalFire Battalion Chief Curtis Rhodes
Please join us for the April Meeting of the Rancho Aromitas Firewise Community (RAFC) on Wednesday, April 16th from 6:30pm to 8:00pm at the Aromas Community Grange located at 361 Rose Avenue in Aromas.
CalFire Battalion Chief Curtis Rhodes will be on hand to speak about recent Fire-related events in the news, including:
• CalFire Fire-risk Maps and their impact on Aromas Residents
• Updated Wildfire Action Plans from Sacramento and enforcement of the “Zone 0” Rules
• Experiences at the Los Angeles Fires (including a Short Film)
We will also unveil upcoming RAFC Projects for 2025 including:
• Improved Chipping Program scheduled to resume this summer
• Additional Evacuation Routes for Neighborhoods with One-way “In-and-Out” that will be identified with your help and input
