In collaboration with UCSC's Institute of the Arts and Sciences, this exhibition features artworks from the Collections of Jordan D. Schnitzer and His Family Foundation which illuminate and reframe the boundaries of bodies and the environment.

Spanning five decades, from 1970–2020, Strange Weather brings together works by influential artists from the 20th and 21st century, including Lorna Simpson, Kehinde Wiley, Carlos Amorales, Edgar Heap of Birds, Kiki Smith, Hung Liu, Julie Mehretu, Leonardo Drew, Joe Feddersen, Wendy Red Star, Alison Saar, among others
