Sumi-e Japanese Ink Painting Class
Sumi-e (Japanese Ink Painting ) is a revered art form that uses Sumi- (black ink) and it’s values (ink with water). This class will introduce you to the basics of this art style with a focus on bamboo and chrysanthemum, which represent the seasons of summer and fall respectively. Art supplies will be provided. Seating will be available on a first-come, first-served basis as supplies are limited. Those who don't get a seat are welcome to stay and observe.
