CARMEL HIGHLANDS, Calif. (June 12, 2025) — Pacific’s Edge at Hyatt Carmel Highlands invites food and wine enthusiasts to savor the season with Forks. Corks. Action!, a summer dinner series featuring exclusive winemaker pairings, elegant coastal cuisine, and unforgettable evenings in the legendary Wine Room overlooking the Big Sur coastline.
This season’s Forks. Corks. Action! series features two exceptional evenings:
July 17 at 6 p.m. – An intimate Winemaker’s Dinner with ZD Wines, featuring a four-course culinary journey paired with hand-selected vintages. Guests will have the opportunity to meet the winemaker and explore the storied craftsmanship behind this iconic Napa Valley winery. Tickets are $175 per person, inclusive.
August 14 at 6 p.m. – Celebrate Pisoni Family Wines, a hallmark of Monterey County’s wine heritage. This exclusive event includes a four-course dinner meticulously designed to complement each Pisoni wine. The evening features personal insights from the winemaker and showcases the family’s deep-rooted legacy. Tickets are $200 per person, inclusive.
Both events will be held in the award-winning Pacific’s Edge Wine Room, located at 120 Highlands Drive, Carmel Highlands, CA. Reservations are required and available through OpenTable.
