Marine mammal protections face new threat, City of Marina opposes desalination plant

In today's newscast, The Marine Mammal Center opposes a reauthorization bill to weaken the 1972 Marine Mammal Protection Act. And, the City of Marina urges the California Public Utilities Commission to reject a proposed desalination plant.
