Federal funding for preschool programs threatened, Santa Cruz wants public input on wharf plans

In today's newscast, a change in federal funding is threatening local Head Start programs, which provide free preschool for low-income families. Plus, the City of Santa Cruz is seeking public input on the Wharf Master Plan.
