New bill could help make State Parks library pass program permanent, Monarch butterfly population struggles

In today's newscast, a bill introduced this week aims to ensure the future of the popular California State Library Parks Pass program. And, a concerning trend continues for migrating Monarch butterflies.

Elena is an Emmy award-winning researcher, reporter, and producer.
