The Buddhist Temple of Salinas hosts an Obon Festival on July 26 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Highlights include live music, floral demonstrations, Japanese food, games, and more.

Shuttle service from the Salinas Adult School (20 Sherwood Drive) parking lot will run from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
