The Whole Town Is Invited: Sunset Center Throws a Free Centennial Block Party on Oct. 25
One campus. Two centennials. One very big afternoon.
Live music, a giant community art wall, a photo bus, face painting, cookies, a DJ spinning vinyl on the lawn — Carmel-by-the-Sea’s cultural landmark hands the whole campus over to the community for one free, joyful afternoon.
CARMEL-BY-THE-SEA, Calif. — Bring the kids. Bring the neighbors. Bring your memories. On Sunday, Oct. 25, from 1 to 4 p.m., Sunset Center opens every door and every corner of its historic campus for a free, family-friendly celebration — music on the main stage, hands-on art on the grounds, storytelling, treats and something happening everywhere you turn. Admission is free and everyone is welcome.
