Tatum’s Garden Foundation hosts a Halloween-themed Golf Tournament on October 27th at Corral de Tierra
The Tatum's Garden Foundation will host a Halloween-themed Fundraiser on the greens at its 10th Annual Golf Tournament. The event will be held on Friday, October 27th at the Corral de Tierra Country Club. Held to highlight the foundation’s mission to “inspire communities to foster abundant play for children of every ability,” proceeds will support ongoing care and maintenance of Tatum's Garden playground in Salinas.
Sponsored by Pacific Valley Bank, The golf tournament will include fun throughout the course, including food and beverages, along with prizes for longest drive, closest to the pin, holes in one and best team and individual costumes.
Cost for individual golfers is $200.
Registration begins at 9:00am. with a Shotgun Start at 10:00am.
Built in 2013, the park at 1 Maryal Drive has served as a beacon of hope for families who long for safe and stimulating spaces for all children who seek to explore their own natural tendencies, and interact with a broader range of their peers. Founded by Shawn and Amanda Bakker in tribute to their youngest child Tatum, who was born with spina bifida (profoundly affecting her spinal cord and nervous system), the park provides joy and respite to children and families everywhere.
