Experience Brahms’ “Ein Deutsches Requiem (The German Requiem)” one of the most enduring choral expressions of solace in mourning with the San José Symphonic Choir (SJSC), directed by Leroy Kromm and accompanied by St. Dunstan’s Music Director and Organist Rodney Gehrke on Sunday, June 5th at St. Dunstan’s Episcopal Church in Carmel.

Founded in 1924, SJSC is composed of Volunteer Singers whose concerts are dedicated to bringing to life large choral works, old and new. The performance at St. Dunstan’s will feature some 50 singers, including a number of Monterey residents who perform with SJSC.

Mr. Gehrke, a Concert Organist, Harpsichordist, Pianist, Conductor, Choir Director, Teacher, and Liturgical Musician, will be playing St. Dunstan’s magnificent Dobson Pipe Organ.
