First Tee — Monterey County’s Girls Golf Summer Camp blends golf fundamentals with leadership, teamwork, and character development in a fun, supportive environment. Whether she’s picking up a club for the first time or building on existing skills, every participant is encouraged to grow—on and off the course.

This group offers an introduction to the practice of mindfulness. Discover inner peace and well-being in our group psychotherapy program where you'll learn restorative practices, relaxation techniques, personalized self-care, and mindfulness meditation that is guided by experienced therapists. Cultivate resilience and emotional balance in a supportive environment focused on holistic healing.

On Saturday, July 11th join the Monterey Institute for Research in Astronomy (MIRA) to view the Beauty of the Cosmos at Garland Ranch Regional Park in Carmel Valley.

Take in the Night Sky as Amateur Astronomers share their knowledge of the Cosmos. Observe details on the Moon and faint objects such as Galaxies and Star Clusters during this amazing Two-hour Program.

Telescopes of all shapes and sizes and Astronomers are on hand to show some of the natural phenomenon happening above.

Please note:
• Portable Chair, warm Clothing, and hot Drinks are encouraged.
• Bring a Flashlight (with a Red Lens).
• Minors must be accompanied by an Adult.
• Only Service Dogs will be permitted.

Also:
• Walk-in’s are welcome.
• For up-to-date Weather Conditions, please call (831)-659-6065 within an Hour of the Program.
• Rain, Fog, or Cloud Cover cancels the event.

Join this compassionate, confidential space for individuals and couples who are grieving the loss of a pregnancy or infant. Whether the loss was recent or occurred years ago, participants are welcomed into a community of understanding and shared experience. We honor all types of loss, including miscarriage, stillbirth, infant death, and termination for medical reasons.

- Embrace emotions like sadness, anger, and confusion as a natural part of grief
- Learn coping strategies like breathing exercises, writing, and ways to remember your baby
- Get resources for therapists, psychiatrists, and other support services
