In today's newscast, Planned Parenthood’s Santa Cruz location shut down after a federal court order defunded the healthcare provider from Medicaid. And, Monterey celebrated its first abalone festival as part of a year-long event series marking the 100th anniversary of Japanese-American ties to the region.
