Nearly a week after they filed to unionize, nurses at CHOMP are accusing the hospital's administration of union busting.

In today's newscast, nurses at the Community Hospital of the Monterey Peninsula say they want a fair union election. And, Covered California officials say early data shows a decline in new signups compared to last year.
