Search suspended for missing swimmer, new California law bans AI chatbots from impersonating clinicians

A swimmer went missing at Lover's Point Beach in Pacific Grove on Dec. 21

In today's newscast, multiple agencies have suspended their search for a swimmer who went missing at Lover’s Point Beach in Pacific Grove on Sunday. And, a new California law will make it illegal for AI chatbots to misrepresent themselves as licensed clinicians.
