Monterey Bay This Week: CSUMB holiday gift drive, UC Santa Cruz ends archive program and more

Highlights from this week’s news roundup:

  • A multi-agency search has been suspended for a missing swimmer who was last seen on Sunday at Lover's Point Beach in Pacific Grove.
  • For the fourth year, Cal State Monterey Bay has coordinated a gift drive to provide toys and household items to students who are parents.
  • UCSC Community Archiving Program to end in early 2026.
