Santa Cruz Public Libraries get Carnegie grant, California Democrats introduce legislation to regulate ICE

Santa Cruz Public Libraries' Garfield Park branch is one of nearly 1,700 Carnegie libraries that were built in the United States.

In today's newscast, Santa Cruz Public Libraries have received a $20,000 grant from the Carnegie Corporation to mark the upcoming 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence. And, California Democrats introduce new legislation aiming to regulate Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
