Capitola fire kills one, Monterey County honors COVID-19 victims

In today's newscast, Monterey County honors those who lost their lives to COVID-19. In a ceremony on Tuesday morning at the Government Center Plaza in Salinas, community leaders, health officials, families and friends came together to unveil a Memorial Garden. And, a fire in Capitola Village on Monday night killed one person.
